About Jason
Jason Shapiro, currently holds the position of Financial Professional at WestPac Wealth Partners. Prior to this role, he dedicated 15 years to Northwestern Mutual. Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Jason seized the opportunity as a Financial Professional. He continues to be attracted to the flexible schedule, the ability to create passive, residual income, and the financial impact he makes on his clients lives.
A graduate in communications from the University of California-Davis, Jason initially pursued his passion as a minor league baseball player with the Chicago White Sox organization. Following his time in professional sports, he spent 13 years in the mortgage lending industry, both on the retail and wholesale side.
Within Northwestern Mutual, Jason quickly emerged as a leader, achieving significant milestones in his first year and gaining immediate recognition for his impactful contributions to his clients’. In 2012, he earned Forum status, placing him among the top 2% of Northwestern Mutual Professionals, a feat he achieved over the next 11 campaigns. Jason was named a Top 10 Professional in the Western Region in 2013 and 2019, as well as a Top 20 Professional (the highest of Northwestern Mutual honors) company-wide in 2020, a testament to his unwavering work ethic and dedication.
Family holds a special place in Jason’s life. Married to Felicia, they have two daughters, Jordyn and Kayla. He is a UCLA Bruin and a Wisconsin Badger “Dad”. Away from work, Jason finds joy in golfing, exercising, and exploring warm destinations around the world. Together, Felicia and Jason are committed to philanthropy. The Shapiro’s have dedicated numerous hours to volunteering as a family unit throughout the years. Specifically including Operation Gratitude, The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, Tower Cancer Research, and the Jewish Big Brothers and Big Sisters. As a devoted “girl dad,” Jason treasures every moment spent with his daughters, whether creating memories through car sing-alongs, cooking together, attending concerts at the Hollywood Bowl or sporting events.

Kim Loane
Chief of Staff
Kim Loane currently holds the position of Chief of Staff to the Jason Shapiro team at WestPac Wealth. She embarked on her previous journey with Northwestern Mutual in 2011, initially serving as an Administrative Assistant and rapidly progressing through various roles within the company. Her diverse experience includes positions such as Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and Director of Insurance Operations and Services for the team.
Kim ran the Encino District for Shapiro from 2011-2015. She continued to be the key team member for one of the most prominent teams. Kim takes on the responsibility of overseeing insurance operations while aiming to provide clients with a seamless process from their initial meeting with financial professionals to their ongoing servicing needs. Her unwavering focus is on delivering the star service that clients rightfully deserve. When Shapiro was asked to sum up Kim in one word he said “Loyalty, she always has our back.”
Beyond her professional endeavors, Kim is a devoted mother to three adult boys – Jonathan, Ryan, and Austin. Outside of the office, she finds joy in spending time with her friends and family. Kim remains actively involved in the stands, cheering on her sons during their Sunday league baseball games. Her interests extend to outdoor activities, be it soaking up the sun and water at the beach, by a lake, or along a river. Kim embraces a love for the outdoors, a penchant for trying new foods, and a passion for travel, live music, and sporting events. Whether enjoying time with friends or exploring the outdoors, Kim is dedicated to embracing life’s diverse experiences.
Sandra Partida
Director of Operations
Sandra Partida is the Investment Operations Associate for the Shapiro Team at WestPac Wealth Partners. Sandra commenced her journey with Northwestern Mutual in 2017. Before joining the Shapiro Team, she demonstrated her managerial prowess by successfully overseeing a thriving business.
Jason says, “Sandra is a bright young lady but she is also the #1 customer service person he has ever worked with.”
Sandra earned her B.S. in Business and Operations Management from Cal State Long Beach in 2008, establishing a strong foundation in customer service and operations management that she now brings to the team. Her enthusiasm lies in ensuring our clients receive a top-tier level of service.
Beyond her professional achievements, Sandra is the proud mother of her son, Alexis. In her leisure time, she immerses herself in the rich cultural offerings of Los Angeles by exploring various museums. An avid nature enthusiast, Sandra finds joy in hiking and cherishing quality moments at home with her family. Catch her in the stands passionately cheering for her son at basketball games or engaging in the tranquility of yoga. Sandra’s adventurous spirit extends to her love for travel and embarking on long road trips, making the most of life’s diverse experiences.
She enjoys spending time at the various museums around Los Angeles, going for a hike, and spending quality time at home with her family.
Jordyn Shapiro
Director of Marketing
Jordyn started with the team in January 2023. Prior to joining the team, she studied at the University of California, Los Angeles and graduated in December 2022. At UCLA, she studied Psychology and Global Health.
Jordyn loves to volunteer and spend her time working with children in need. She enjoys working out, going to the beach, traveling the world, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
